Jimmy’s opened in Aspen in 1997 and is a local favorite, while also catering to the massive amount of visitors Aspen gets every year. It is classy, comfortable, upscale and yet somehow casual. This is a perfect spot all year round with outdoor seating in the warmer months (or warmer Colorado winter days) and great seating in-doors no matter what the weather.
